School Memories Captured professionally films your school concert with brilliant colour and sound using the latest High Definition professional video equipment.

We handle everything filming, editing and production to online handover (or DVD by request) to the highest of standards so that everyone has the opportunity to have a brilliant memento of their special performance to enjoy for years to come.

Films will be available for purchase prior to and following the event and films will be shared with those who purchased once orders have closed and the film has been approved by the school.

Please contact us via our online quoting form or give us a call directly and tell us about your school or dance concert. We will need to know general information such as the concert date and the number of participants in the concert.

Once we confirm availability and pricing with you, we require you to fill in the online booking form located on the “Bookings” page of our website. Filling in this form confirms your booking.

Parents can order a film on our website with a credit card through our world-class secure online payment portal (Stripe) – meaning you don’t have to collect payment envelopes and store them at the school. Less work for you! Flyers will be sent to the school about 5 weeks prior to the show. Please send them home and give lots of reminders in your newsletters!

Using the unique school code we supplied on the film flyer, the parents can search for their school film on our “Order a Film”. We will keep the DVD order process open for about 3 weeks after the show for the agreed price we made with the school. All orders placed after this cut off date will incur a one-off handling fee of $15.

Almost always at no cost to the school, we film your show, edit it. We will send you a preview copy via our online server so you can approve the show – and once approved we will upload it to our platform so it can be streamed on our website. Download options are available too – we will share this information with the school and families in the flyers we send out.

Families are purchasing a streaming version of the concert film (available for streaming on our website forever). If the school community meets the minimum purchase amount that we set with your school, we will release via email the digital version to download 6 months after the show. We withhold the digital download version for a period of time as a measure to prevent the inevitable issue we face of people sharing the file around without paying for it. We trust you support our small business by purchasing a copy and not sharing your purchased or streamed copy with anyone.
